THE PROJECT
For my Business Co-op from September 2017 - December 2017, I was the Marketing Coordinator on the Market Strategy and Execution team for TELUS PureFibre (Home Solutions). TELUS is Canada's fastest growing national telecommunications company with over 12.5 million customers in wireless, TV, internet, telephone and more. With a dedication to customer experience and innovation through teamwork, growth and change, I am glad to have been a part of the company. As a Marketing Coordinator on the Home Solutions, Market Strategy and Execution, Customer Acquisition Team, I helped with campaigns for TELUS PureFibre, while supporting positive customer experiences at every touchpoint.
I took on an opportunity to work with a Digital Product Manager on a digital project of prototyping a website and app for TELUS, initially a project for a UX Design Bootcamp. The goal was to further promote TELUS' products and services to customers with a more customized experience of offers and support. I utilized my user experience and interface design skills and knowledge throughout the process. I studied and applied the branding and visual guidelines of TELUS to the project. We conducted research interviews, developed personas, journey frameworks, mockups, and did user testing. I presented the final mockups to the big team and received positive feedback with future implementation possibilities.
