THE PROJECT

Terminal 1 is Hong Kong’s only tech-empowered recruitment firm. The team of world-class recruiters and technologists work to deliver efficient and cost-effective recruitment solutions to connect clients with strong technical candidates around the globe. I was pleased to be a UX/UI Designer abroad in a diverse team and help design the experience and interface of Terminal 1's products.

I worked with the product and engineering managers and teammates to build and improve the interface and experience of the Applicant Tracking System. I designed product mockups and prototypes based on recruiters' needs, workflow and use cases. Refinements were also implemented from user tested insights from recruiters and entire team.
